The plight of the Africankers, the white minority in South Africa, is finally gaining national attention after decades of brutality that the liberal elites believed they were resigned to accept because of their privilege.
Jaco Kleynhans is the Public Liaison for Solidarity, a South Africa-based trade group that stands for the rights of the white minority in that country. Solidarity has been forced to build an alternative parallel infrastructure to keep society functional as the corrupt black supremacist government lays waste to the nation due primarily to extreme incompetence.
After the overthrow of the Apartheid system, South Africa was celebrated the world over as a triumph for democracy and human rights. Nelson Mandela, the Soviet-backed terrorist turned liberal hero du jour, gained power over the South African government and implemented government-mandated equality. This is where the story ended for liberals, who do not care about the practical impacts of their ideological schemes. The grim situation on the ground is nothing like the liberal fantasy in South Africa.
What resulted in the aftermath of the Apartheid system was South Africa becoming the rape and murder capital of the world. Poverty and lawlessness have swept the country with white people being targeted for acts of violence because of the color of their skin. Black supremacist nationalists sing “Kill the Boer, Kill the Farmer,” celebrating the senseless murder of white farmers who feed the country.
The international community, including groups like the United Nations and NATO, was content to sit idly by and let the conditions in South Africa reach genocidal levels, but because of President Donald Trump, the state of affairs in South Africa is now receiving global attention. President Trump signed an executive order cutting off all US aid to South Africa until the national government did something substantial to end the race-based violence sweeping the country.
As a result, the issue of anti-white oppression of South Africa is on the radar for mainstream Republicans. The Michigan Republican Party hosted Kleynhans, inviting him to be a speaker for their biannual gala on Mackinac Island this past weekend. Kleynhans addressed the audience of Republican activists, telling his harrowing story of what it is like to live in a nation where the worship of diversity goes horribly wrong.
“I have spoken at other conservative conferences in the past but never at an official Republican Party event. So it was a great privilege and confirms that President Trump’s focus on us as Afrikaners is paying off,” Kleynhans told the Populist Sentinel. “The attack on white peoples around the world is currently gigantic. It is an attack on our Western Christian civilization. We are currently really in the trenches in the USA, Europe and of course also South Africa. We must now push back against this.”
“Hearing from Jaco Kleynhans was an amazing opportunity for the party to learn and hear firsthand about the atrocities in South Africa against white farmers. Afrikaners, like Jaco share our many of Republican values. They are family-centric, entrepreneurial, believe in free markets & anti-communism, and they share our Christian ethics. They are reliable pro-Western partners to counter Chinese expansion there,” Lance Griffin, the Chief Public Relations Officer of 10X Votes who also spoke at the Mackinac gala, told the Populist Sentinel.
“We need to buttress the Afrikaner pro-American force in South Africa. Without it, we risk losing out to adversaries, while ignoring a humanitarian crisis that resonates with our base on property rights and minority protections,” Griffin added.
