According to a report by the Post Millenial, Tulsi Gabbard made a stunning disclosure before leaving her post as Director of National Intelligence, unveiling evidence that American taxpayers funded a sprawling web of biological laboratories worldwide.
The intelligence chief confirmed that Washington bankrolled over 120 labs operating in more than 30 different countries. Ukraine alone hosted 40 of these installations. A significant number engaged in gain of function experiments, the type of pathogen manipulation that critics have linked to potential pandemic risks.
“Today, I’m releasing never before seen intelligence revealing new evidence of past US government funding for more than 120 biolabs in over 30 countries, including Ukraine. In support of President Trump’s Executive Order to end federal funding of dangerous gain of function research around the world, and increase transparency and accountability, ODNI will continue working with partners across the Administration to identify where these labs are, what pathogens they contain, and what ‘research’ is being conducted,” Gabbard announced through a video message on X.
The departing DNI pointed fingers directly at Dr. Anthony Fauci and officials from the Biden era, charging them with concealing the truth from ordinary Americans.
“The intelligence community had previously warned that a US-funded bio lab in Ukraine likely housed dangerous pathogens and remained vulnerable to longstanding threats of Russian attack, seizure, or damage. Until now, evidence regarding the full existence and funding of these laboratories had been knowingly withheld from you, the American people,” she stated.
Government records that accompanied her statement showed individual Ukrainian labs receiving anywhere from $1.7 million to $3.5 million in funding from the American government.
The continuing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine creates additional dangers for facilities storing lethal biological agents, Gabbard warned.
“Many of these US government-funded bio labs are currently or have previously engaged in research using hazardous and highly contagious pathogens, and in some cases included dangerous gain of function research with very little visibility or oversight,” she continued.
Intelligence agencies have now received instructions to gather more details about what happens inside these foreign installations. Gabbard indicated that certain research programs are “raising significant ethical, financial, and security concerns.”
She bluntly stated that Fauci and Biden administration figures “lied repeatedly to the American people about the existence of US-funded and supported bio labs.”
The biolab disclosures add fresh urgency to demands that America extract itself entirely from the Russia-Ukraine conflict, a war that serves no vital national interest while exposing citizens to hidden liabilities. Russia presents no meaningful threat to the American homeland, yet politicians in Washington keep shoveling taxpayer dollars into Eastern European battlefields and shadowy research programs that ordinary people knew nothing about. Putting America First requires abandoning these foreign adventures and redirecting resources toward protecting and prospering the nation rather than funding dangerous experiments and proxy wars overseas.
