Yesterday, a man pretending to be a woman named Jammie Booker won the World’s Strongest Woman contest in Arlington, TX. However, earlier this morning, the organizer of the event, Strongman Games World Championships, stripped Booker of the title after finding out that Booker is a biological man.
“It appears that an athlete who is biologically male and who now identifies as female competed in the Women’s Open category. Official Strongman officials were unaware of this fact ahead of the competition and we have been urgently investigating since being informed. An attempt has been made to contact the competitor involved but a response has not been received,” the organization posted to their Facebook page. “Given this, we have disqualified the athlete in question from the Official Strongman World Championships 2025. All athlete points and places will be altered accordingly to ensure that the rightful places are allocated to each of the Women’s Open athletes.”
Briton Andrea Thompson, the second place contestant, was rightfully awarded first place standing. Thompson previously won first place at the competition in 2018.
“This win hasn’t come without controversy, but I want to make it very clear that while I support and applaud people for being who they want to be, sport is sport and the women’s classes exist for a reason,” wrote Thompson’s coach, Lawrence Shahlaei to Instagram.
Strongman Games World Championships emphasized their policy that competitors had to compete in the sex listed on their birth certificate:
“Had we been aware, or had this been declared at any point before or during the competition, this athlete would not have been permitted to compete in the Woman’s Open category. We are clear – competitors can only compete in the category for the biological sex recorded at birth.”
The Strongman Games World Championships deserves kudos for not bowing to the far-left activists promoting a misogynist agenda to put men in women’s sports. The biological differences between men and women are scientifically and empirically tested:
“Overall, males’ upper and lower body strength is greater than females’ by 157% and 60% relative to total body mass, respectively (Monteiro et al. 2016); and this observation is consistent across recreationally active (Weber et al. 2006) and trained (matched for training status) (Bishop et al. 1987; Monteiro et al. 2016) males and females,” stated a peer-reviewed scientific study from 2021.
Far-leftism is not based on science. It is a religion that puts on the performative aspects of science to promote its own faith. Evangelists for Communism work every day to destroy women’s sports, and Western Civilization as a whole. Just because of the results the 2024 Presidential Election does not mean they will go away quietly, if anything it means the opposite.
