In a nation hooked on instant gratification and quick fixes from Big Pharma, a Cleveland Clinic study just exposed the ugly truth about GLP inhibitors such as Ozempic and Wegovy. Published Sept. 26, the research proves bariatric surgery is a better option than these injectables, with a lower risk of death, heart attacks, kidney failure and blindness.
Tracking 3,932 obese Type 2 diabetes patients for over a decade, the study pitted 1,657 individuals who received gastric bypass surgery against 2,275 individuals who received semaglutide, the primary ingredient of treatments like Ozempic.
Surgery reduced 21.6% of an individual’s body weight, tripling the 6.8% caused by the drugs. Blood sugar plunged 0.86% with the knife, versus only 0.23% from needles. Surgery crushed all-cause mortality by 32%, heart catastrophes by 35%, kidney failure by 47%, and eye retinopathy by 54%. The shots are also known to result in gut paralysis, hooking users on endless doses as organs crumble.
Additionally, a lawsuit avalanche has ensued. Novo Nordisk has been hit with over 2,800 cases which could result in them being liable for up to $2 billion in damages. This echoes of the Vioxx disaster—Merck’s heart-killer, FDA-stamped in 1999, slaying 38,000 before it was removed from the market in 2004 amidst $4.85 billion in fines. Or Purdue Pharma’s opioid flood, lying about the addictive qualities of Oxycontin to profit off the deaths of 500,000 people who were deceived by their false advertisements.
Big Pharma rigs trials and starves natural cures to chain the people in dependency. HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is doing everything he can to reverse generations of corporate dominance in the health sector, but it will ultimately rest on the shoulders of the American people. They will have to reject the propaganda and make better choices to Make America Healthy Again.
