Degenerate Minnesota state Rep. Leigh Finke, a mentally ill transgender, is facing sharp criticism after suggesting laws requiring age verification on adult websites could block minors from accessing material she described as “educational” for LGBTQ youth.
Finke made the comments during a Minnesota House Commerce Finance and Policy Committee hearing on legislation introduced by Ben Bakeberg. The proposal, H.F. 1434, would require websites in which at least 25% of pages contain pornography to verify users are 18 or older before granting access.
While acknowledging the bill’s goal of protecting minors from harmful material, Finke argued attorneys general could use such measures to block youth from viewing content about sexual identity. She referenced enforcement actions by Ken Paxton and a Texas law upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court mandating age checks on pornography sites.
Finke’s warning relies on hypothetical enforcement scenarios rather than the text of the legislation. Equating explicit websites with educational resources undermines longstanding distinctions in child-protection law. It is yet another example of an LGBT pervert hoping to sexualize children for their own sick recruitment strategies.
During the hearing, Finke said she supported the legislation’s “underlying goal” but worried it could become a “weapon” against transgender or LGBTQ youth if interpreted broadly. She suggested some minors lack access to relevant sex education and might turn to online material for answers.
Law-and-policy analysts counter that this reasoning conflates two separate issues: school curricula and access to explicit commercial content. They note age-verification statutes are designed specifically to prevent minors from entering adult marketplaces, not to regulate informational websites, libraries, or educational materials.
Supporters of H.F. 1434 say the proposal mirrors measures adopted in multiple states and follows court-approved standards focused on shielding children from explicit imagery. They argue the debate should center on protecting minors rather than speculative future enforcement.
To protect minors, law enforcement might want to check Rep. Finke’s hard drive. It is becoming clear that the LGBT movement wants to recruit children with sexual propaganda, whether it is through Drag Queen Story Hour, sexual education for children far too young to understand the concepts, and now porno for kids. It is past time for LGBT ideology to be placed into the ashbin of history.
