Since the re-election of President Donald Trump, the coordinated institutional conspiracy to attack attorneys and whistleblowers who challenged 2020 presidential election fraud has largely subsided, but state-level efforts still linger on with the goal to bleed patriots dry and attempt to throw them in prison over invented non-crimes.
Dr. John Eastman, the Trump attorney who implored Vice President Mike Pence to fulfill his duty and delay the certification of the presidential election results on Jan. 6, 2021, sat down for an interview with the Michigan 9th Congressional DIstrict Committee to give an update about the lawfare still being perpetrated by Democrats against opponents of election fraud.
“I’m still dealing with what I think is the longest and most expensive bar disciplinary proceeding in history out in California, and we’re about to file our brief asking the California Supreme Court to take the case up and reverse the recommendation of disbarment,” Eastman said.
Eastman noted that the prosecution of the Trump electors in Arizona remains active as the patriots have won a couple of major rulings. The case is currently going up through the appellate courts. Charges filed by Georgia prosecutor Fani Willis, including the absurd count of racketeering, were finally dismissed after several years of costly legal proceedings.
Throughout the entire sordid ordeal, Eastman has refused to fold and continued to spread the truth, as eloquently and articulately as any constitutional scholar, about the widespread election fraud that happened in 2020 to rob Donald Trump of the presidency.
“It’s not an illegitimate conspiracy theory if it turns out to be true. There was a conspiracy in my view. Look, we’ve now got some evidence of ballot manipulation in machines. We’ve got proof positive down in Georgia – the one place where there was a forensic audit allowed in a still ongoing legal proceeding – where they determined that there were thousands of ballots that had been scanned and counted multiple times and we know that because of the digital read-out of the order of the ballots,” Eastman said.
Making the case for 2020 presidential election fraud is still critically important because the fraudsters have not yet been put to justice. The riggers of that election, particularly those with significant authority who were pulling the strings, are still influential in the public and private sector with many still operating in the federal bureaucracy and trying to subvert President Trump’s agenda in devious, subversive ways. Eastman makes the case that we cannot have a free Republic until there is accountability with regards to the 2020 presidential election.
“The cornerstone of our Republican form of government is consent of the governed. We get that right out of the Declaration of Independence, it is a corollary principle out of the doctrine, the self-evident truth that all men are created equal and because we are equal, no one is allowed to rule another without our consent. Consent therefore becomes critical to the legitimacy of our government,” Eastman said.
“We give that consent today by free and fair elections, choosing who is going to be the head of the government and the direction we want that government to be going on our behalf. If you deprive us of that consent by depriving us of free and fair elections, we no longer live in a free country,” Eastman added.
A chorus of weak RINO Republicans, embodied by the cowards at Fox News, have wanted to sweep the election fraud of 2020 under the rug – from the day it happened until now. But it is the camel’s nose under the tent threatening to undermine the entire MAGA revolution unless it is properly addressed. The idea of moving forward to save the 2026 midterm elections is a misnomer. If election fraudsters are thrown in prison before November, it would be the biggest shot in the arm for Republicans on the ballot imaginable.
Without clear and decisive consequences for election fraudsters and a complete dismantling of the infrastructure that orchestrated the fraud, it will only be a matter of time before we endure another injustice similar to what happened in 2020. The truth about election fraud in 2020 needs to keep being pushed until a critical mass is reached where federal authorities can look the other way no long, and there will never be a better opportunity to act than with the man who was the focal point of that grave injustice in the White House.
