In a sadly all-too-predictable fashion, CAIR, the Council for American Muslim Relations, has argued that prosecutors drop hate crime charges against three Muslim vandals accused of defacing church property with anti-Israeli messages.
For those unaware, CAIR is a Muslim-American “civil rights” group which claims Islamophobia any time one of their people doesn’t get their way. Similarly, they tend to defend the backwards and savage behavior of Radical Islamic immigrants in the Western world, and advocate on behalf of Muslim criminals.
Last year, three Muslim alleged vandals desecrated a Texas Church with pro-Palestinian and anti-Israeli graffiti which was all caught on camera. Their guilt is clear as day. Yet CAIR can’t help themselves! They claim that their vandal friends’ actions are protected under the 1st Amendment of the Constitution. Don’t these typically guys operate under Sharia Law?
Mind you, these Islamist activists usually want to criminalize burning the Quran, drawing pictures of Muhamad, and other “anti-Muslim” sentiment which actually is defended by free speech laws in the United States. CAIR in particular is always calling for hate crime charges to be levied against opponents of Islam.
CAIR has pressured prosecutors to drop hate crime modifiers for the trials. This is becoming all too frequent in the US, where hate crime modifiers are used to bully Christians, and completely neglected in cases where it’s most obvious due to America’s harmful embrace of multiculturalism.
Civil rights groups dedicated to spreading anti-Christian and anti-American hate exist across the board in the US. Groups such as the ADL, CAIR, and the SPLC all consistently defend criminals and penalize regular Americans for their speech. This style of anarcho-tyranny cannot be allowed to reign supreme in America.
